An Epididymitis affliction is inflammation of the tube in the back of a male’s testicles where the sperm is held, caused by bacteria such as a coliform infection, which might happen in gay men. When younger men have this, it might be the result a some kind of sexually transmitted disease (STD), like Gonorrhea or Chlamydia. The main reasons for the ailment in older men are prostrate or urinary tract issues. Mumps is another trigger for Epididymitis in young males and children.
